We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was perfect, situated on the edge of the historic center. We were able to easily explore the downtown area as well as enjoy the nearby beach. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional, giving us recommendations for sightseeing that were spot on. The service provided, from room service to laundry, was top notch and made our stay even more comfortable.

The rooftop terrace was lovely with a pool and great views of the surrounding area. The staff at the breakfast room were always polite and friendly. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops.
The bed was too small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was too small with no space for toiletries. The WIFI was very weak and kept going down, which seemed to be a known problem that the staff was not able to solve.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We were conveniently located near both the city center and the beach, making it easy to explore everything the town had to offer. the rooms were incredibly spacious with large balconies to enjoy the beautiful views. the service was top-notch, with staff who were always helpful and courteous. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone to enjoy.
The parking was a bit expensive and crowded, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

good value for price. i think it was the best offer in grado at that time (low season).
the heating was running all the time and we couldnt turn it off. we said that 3 times but in the end nothing was done. so we got a refound.

The hotel's location near the beach and right in the city center was perfect for me. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I appreciated the convenience of parking and the helpfulness of the staff.
